John, where would you rank Breland among all time amateurs? I think that he was the best, but a lot of people penalize him for not boxing longer. I say, "Why should he have?". He dominated the scene while he was there and didn't have anything else to prove. He accomplished everything he could in 111 bouts, which is even more amazing. In a day where amateurs have 100 bouts by the time they are 12 or 13 years old - that's even more impressive about Breland. Just wanted to get your opinion.

Mark proved to be best and most dominant.... he BREEZED through some of th ebest amateurs in the world and I saw nothing since 1984 to now in the way of any welterweights who could have dethroned him had he stayed amateur. Like I said in th earticle, whether it was local fights, regional tournaments, nationals or olympics Mark was on point in 110 of 11 bouts.
