how in the hell did beastie only score 7 points? idk anything about the guy but i watched his fight with silva and he landed many clean head and body punches that he didnt get credit for..if im wrong please let me know, but thats ridiculous..i hate the computer system!

Ok, I'm glad I'm not the only one watching this nonsense. He basically broke Silva into pieces. 7 freakin pts!!! I have got to say at this given time, I can't even in good conscience tell an amateur boxer to even try to go to the Olympics. Thats how disgraceful that was. Why bother? Samir gave 110% and deserved better than that. I don't think these judges realize the amount of work that goes into a boxer making it to the Olympics.

This is disheartening, because my dream has always been to go to the Olympics; being a pro doesn't even appeal to me that much. But watching the way the judges are working here is hard to watch.

IM PISSED! idk what the hell they were lookin at..beastie was a beast to silva's body..cullen & kol do u think the outcome would've been different if they did 3x3 minutes..i think silva may have ended up gettin a few 8 counts if not stopped by the time the fight was over..beastie did everything right yet silva was given credit for some nonsense!

Yes, I know and I still have a problem with the scoring on this bout. I'm saying that the judges should have pressed the button for Samir enough times so that 3 of them hit the button for him within 1 second of each other more than 7 times. Impossible. Highway robbery.

I haven't watched the bout, but I will. Unfortunately, without seeing the individual scoring, you can't determine how many times the buttons were pushed for Samir. a judge would almost have to push the button continuously to force his accepted score up and that's a no-no.
