Nice to see that the Chinese have everything they throw clicked for, pretty much.

I know, it's a disgrace. The judges are probably being paid off. I hope all the Chinese boxers get knocked spark out.

Well; Teddy Atlas and Bob Papas really need to shut the hell up. They're both idiots. But that Washington Silva beating Batie Samir was a disgrace. The Ghanians need to protest that because that was an atrocity.

Ok, please tell me that someone is up with me watching this nonsense? THIS IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE SCORING SYSTEM. I just watched this Samir break Silva into pieces with nonstop (and I do mean nonstop) body shots that had Silva visibly broken. Guess what, almost non of them scored. Silva even threw a few survival shots back during the onslaught and he received a point or two. If you get a chance to watch this replay, please do and let me know if I'm just seeing things because I'm pulling an all-nighter. They gave Silva 7 pts. for the whole fight.

Kolya, did you see that?

Yes. That was awful. That's why I said I hope the Ghanians protest. Washington Silva got his ass royally kicked and then has the nerve to raise his hands like he's a winner? He's a chump who got his ass kicked by a 22 year old from Ghana, where they don't even have a strong amateur system. Samir deserved that win, dammit.

Yeah, I don't know what to tell my young boxers after they watch this. If they don't do something about this nonsense, I have to tell them (and any talented young boxer to go for the money). I couldn't take seeing all that hard work get wasted because of a ridiculous system.

God willing they fix this after this travesty or someone has a really serious talk with the officials about what the hell they're doing. Let's see how going back to 3x3 and maybe the fixes to the scoring system work. Because this Olympics has just been bad; worse than I've seen before.

BTW, DC, that'd be a disgrace. Beterbiev should flatten that Chinese dude. That would be our way to tell if they're fixing it.

I won the first night and then I lost the second night. My ref was a bit jumpy and inexperienced I guess and stopped it when I wasn't hurt. Or stunned. Or anything like that. Oh well, live and learn. I'll be doing PAL next I guess, what about you?

Yeah, Navy coach. But it looks like you have to knock these Chinese dudes out to score a point. This Chinaman sucks, there's no way it should be remotely close with Beterbiev.

Yeah, I think I might not wait around for London 2012 after all. McNally isn't calling anything. If they're going to job Beterbiev like this he should wack this freaking cheater when he's on his knees and put him out of commission.

The only thing I can hope for is that the 2016 Games will be in Chicago, so we can get the home job.

Well, all in all; the Chinese have just shown this Olympic boxing tournament to be a farce. Both Ghana and Russia have grounds for a srious protest. Beterbiev is wailing on this clown and getting no points. WHERE'S THE POINT DEDUCTION?!?!?!?!?!?!? :o

This is a disgrace. This Olympics and the complete bias and farce that the Chinese are showing is making me really, REALLY dislike China.
