AFAIK, any actions that affect and clarify the scoring are used. The
comments are taken from commissions and media reports. Editors are
prohibited from adding personal opinions on the official decision.
That’s why you do not see “controversial decision” any more.

Girard only rose while the referee was waving the fight off. It was announced to be a KO whereas it was a TKO according to a fade-in.
