One positive thing to come out of Ms. Latham's appointment is that we won't have to tolerate her atrocious scorecards anymore...

..if you want to go for really specious claims....philidelpia jack obrien had not given up his claim to the light heavyweight title. he challenged jack johnson for the light heavyweight title and lost.
johnson .. not understanding....or pretending not to...how weight divisions work....then claimed the light heavy title too..even though of course he was too heavy for that title.

it was a claim recognized by only jack johnson....but then he said he held both titles at the same time.

hey, what the hell...it wasn't much worse than the various recognitions by the alphabet boys.

At a hotel where I worked, I checked in a Mr and Ms Zalewski and asked them if they were related to the great Tony Zale... they were quite shocked that anyone would make the connection... :TU:

More hints:

h) Amadou M’Barick Fall - was cut down in a Harlem street when only 28 or thereabouts
i) Adnan Catic - current world champ!!!

Correcto... :TU:

Phal is same as Fall and Louis was the French translation for Barick.

Adnan Catic germanized his name much like when the Jewish and Italian kids in the US anglicized their names to sell more tickets back in the day.

Before this huge megafight involving my fighter, this smartass matchmaker asked, "who's the best p4p ever?"

To which I replied, "Benny Leonard, of course".

He then asked, "Who's your favorite fighter of all-times?"

I told him, "Sugar Ray Robinson".

The matchmaker went on, "Then you're guy's in serious trouble 'cos he's facing someone with both those names."

WHO AM I ???
