Heavyweight "Zeros"

Post by SirJabalot »

I know I'll get laffed @ but my dumbass bought the 2nd (and 1st) Heavyweight Heroes on PPV and man am I sorry! I suppose I shoulda known better but I HATE missing ANY fights that are broadcast. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows why they're shown a week or so after the "fights" actually take place. The fights and the female exhibitions were total jokes--I couldn't sit through one round w/o fast forwarding. Unless, Cedric comes through with better shows/fighters, I'll learn to resist the urge to use the "buy" command on the remote from now on.

Your not alone, I have ordered both of them. The fights are first showed 2 weeks after they are filmed. They seem to play everyday on every hour until the next one starts playing.

Only 10 more months of this to go!!!

This crap keeps clogging up my boxing searches on digital cable. I just figured it was Playboy playmates fighting or something; I didn't realize it was PPV tape-delayed professional boxing.

It clogs up my search too on the internet when I do a boxing search for my digital cable service too. But back to my original question: does anyone know WHY it's delayed a week or more before being re-broadcast? Just curious. Oh, and I realize I should have asked this on one of the other topics but it's my first time here.
