I'm always leery of these weird (and ultimately rather pointless) mind-game rituals invented by those with ungodly amounts of free time on their hands. I'm probably gonna get jumped on by a bunch of Eastern-philosophy-o-philes for saying so, and for failing to grasp the wonderful karmic and universal-spirit-chakra-insert-random-new-age-babble-here aspects of engaging in mutual masturbation for weeks on end. To that I say: these people really need to get a proper day job, to remind them of the blissful simplicity of working hard, coming home, perhaps cracking open a cold brew and then enjoying a good, healthy shag, and yes, with release. Sometimes the simple, natural way really is better. It just doesn't sell as many new age books and videos.

sting always reminds me of that simpsons clip where that bloke (who is probably a household name in the states) runs a lightbulb or a car or something on his own self satification.
every time there is an award ceremony in the states of somekind he always seems to be there doing some off key acoustic or bizarre tempoed version of every move you make with some other b list muso who seems starstruck by old captain tantric himself, this just fuels the halo of smugness which seems to surround him.
then again he`s got to sing something i suppose and his solo stuff is bland in extremis.
