I was talking to a scouse lad I know who quite into his Boxing(not as much as us anoraks tho lol) and he asked me 'how far can Price go?' I replied that im not sure as there are question marks over his chin, obviously in referance to being floored three times by the Indian in the Commonwealths and getting stopped by Camarelle.
So those who know more than me about the amateur scene, what is his chin like?? How far can Dynaminte David go??
How bad is David Prices chin??

Thats the problem! We all know Wlads chin isnt great but he keeps fighters away from it by his skills and power. Im not sure Price can keep anyone away from it..
Saying that Camarelle punches bloody hard, he may be being underated, I personally havnt seen enough of him to comment

He should stay amateur. He'll have a decent chance of gold in London and it won't be too late for him to turn pro after that because all the heavies are ancient anyway. If he turns pro now he won't make that much money and will probably get found out pretty quickly.

Obviously he was floored three times in the Commonwelth Games semi-final which is what everyone remembers. But he was also floored against a Welsh boxer when he fought in the Four Nations final in 2005 (or was it 2006?). The guy who floored him was a lot smaller then the boxer from India which is rather a worry when you analysis his chin. I would be surprised if Price does turn pro because the European Championships are happening in November in his home town of Liverpool, so he probably stay around for those. On the other hand he may not fancy meeting Mr Cammerelle again.......
