That being said I think the judging in amatuer boxing is defently flawed. But people will always complain, even if an absolutely flawless system comes about, people love to complain.

That's true. I'd more blame the users than the system itself in this Olympics though. Especially if it comes out Obreja is telling the truth.

Ha, this is funny seeing as you fit the model of one of the jobsowrths that I mentioned.
You have your own dictionary of made-up words? How interesting.
Ambox is your whole life, and you will defend it thru your bifocals even though it's clearly corrupt.
Ambox is a very big part of my life - when I'm not working and doing other things. And I wear tri-focals - please get your information straight.

Ambox is not "clearly corrupt." It needs fixing - no open scoring; judges need to score higher, and a few other tweakings. I know lots of people who will defend pro boxing "even though it's clearly corrupt."

It's unfortunate that you really don't have anything to contribute except your own negativity.

Hey Gray Fox, if you hate boxing so much (you must hate pro boxing as well, as it is at least as crooked as am), why are you here? I don't see the point in debating a sport you don't like.

As I said before - he likes to troll, flame and otherwise agitate. Best thing to do is just ignore him - or put him in your "foe" list.

At least there is a chance of a rematch, the punchers chance it's a whole different ball game it's sometimes involves money and business which in some cases ruins the sport but when the public pressure is on and the good unification fights are done you could appreciate who is the better fighter.

In the Amateurs internationally it's not the case, specially in tournaments like the Olympics and World Championships, the bracket system is based on luck and many times the best fighters turn out fighting each other in the prelimanary rounds, giving the right to weakest medalist down the road and how about the corruption, at least like I said previously in the pro's there is a chance of a rematch in the amateurs it's almost impossible. The judging of one fight makes a huge difference because it may be the only chance you'll have to fight for a medal unless you stay for another loooonnngggg four years. It's hard to see good fighters get robbed after making such a sacrifice, wait for all those years to be in the Olympics representing your country and few corrupt jugdes take that away from you.

That's why corruption in amatuer boxing looks even worst becuase at least in the pros you get paid.
