Setanta & British Boxing

Post by sweetscience »

I was about to get setanta but then Fwanky went with SKy so i held off.

what Promo stable is with setanta and who's shows are they going to show

excluding the yank cards, cause im never in at 3am on satnite/sundaymorning so i aint interested

also Haye will be at 3am too, so thats irrelevant to me

Basically, who will they be showing at a reasonable hour ?

any Hayemaker Promotions shows will be on Setanta not sure about the situation with Fight Academy, Woods has been on Setanta previously but FA shows aren't that prolific.

Other than that, there's no-one else.

If I was you I wouldn't bother getting it if you're only wanting it for the domestic stuff.

it aint really worth the £12.50 to be fair

Sky's £7 will give me Maloney, Hennessey & SN, that aint bad value

Haymaker's best signing is Rhodes ???

I don't suppose Setanta will be running Hayemaker exclusively, although since Warren left it looks bleak (can't believe I said that) on the domestic front. Since Hennessy showed the last Froch fight on ITV rather than SKY, maybe there is an avenue there to be explored? Perhaps Froch-Pascal could turn up on Setanta or something. You never know.

Although I don't think this will be the last of Sports Network and Setanta being linked in News stories together - there has got to be some legal ramifications about a possible breach of contract.
