Is it just me or is Hatton's career becoming evermore frustrating? I am sick of hearing a consistent stream of no-names all the time, no disrespect but Pedersen, Hutchinson, Smith etc it is starting to grate me  How hard can it be to make these matches? I am sorry but it must be damn near impossible, i am no lover of the man but Don King always delivers names....it's time to sign up with the King Ricky!!

y does Warren use the excuse that this fighter is fighting on HBO all the time. Is ricky tied down to a life time contract to showtime (it seems like it) surely he can go and fight on HBO against Gatti and Cotto?

wow im impressed :)

here theres been talk from the Bruseles' camp that theyve heard the rumors but havent had an offer yet.

I can tell you guys Hatton's "0" might be at a hughe risk specially if they take Bruseles lightly. True hes lost 2 fights but the first one was stopped on a cut that was caused by a headbutt the second one he got robbed a desicion. He was one of our highest rated prospects was even constantly compared to Cotto since theyre both from Caguas. Bruseles started good then kinda lost track after his first loss got free from Ricardo Maldonado
(whom Freitas, Pinto and Barrera have also dumped) and went to Cotto's gym theyre now gym mates. Bruseles can box and has power of his own the only bad thing is he luvs to go to war too much. If you have a chance check out his fights against Lau (was on dlh's boxeo de oro) and against Wilfredo Negron both were fight of the year caliber. Got dropped on both fights so his chin might not be the best but i guarantee you with Hatton's style this will be a war and a short one imo cuz Hatton hasnt shown the best chin in the division either.

Bruseles has the benefit of a great corner great sparring with Cotto lotz of Hatton tapes and the element of surprise. :)

In fairness to Warren, he DID say to Gary Shaw that if he wanted to stage the fight in America, he could promote the bill, and Hatton would travel there.

Whether he meant it or not, I couldn't say, although surely Warren could promote a fight in America with Shaw, as co-promoter, haven't they done so before.

I know that the site puts up an enormous fee to stage the fight and thus reap the rewards of the casino spend, whereas here you have to pay the Arena for the fight.

If the gambling laws change in this country, boxing could change in a big way.
