On the internet. A host of different websites, basically providing a "pirate" broadcast for just about anything you want to watch. If you were to google something like "watch Khan Prescott free online" or somthing, you'll very quickly have found a link to watch the Khan fight on some website or other - generally it's just like watching a YouTube video in terms of presentation, but obiously it's live with respect to boxing.
A lot of sites sail close to the wind in terms of legality, and often get the chain pulled. As a result, there's no one single site that is the definitive pirate broadcaster, so each individual fight (to keep to the example of boxing) will mean probably different sites/links etc.
There is however a site by the name of justin.tv which is very much in vogue atm where you can pick up the Khan fight for instance, football, tennis etc. I haven't a clue how these things work, and how it's managed to avoid being pulled by some company which has the legal rights to the sport justin.tv is pirating, but anyway...
