I was out drinking in Leeds on saturday night, and it was my good muslim mate who belled me to let me know the result -- we both had a good laugh at it!

The Khan hate is pretty unbelievable on boxing forums at the moment. Its making me get right behind him for future fights and I have been a critic in the past

Part of me liked seeing Khan getting ko'd, it was a beautiful KO too, kudos to Prescott. But laughing at his kid brother getting ko'd is below the belt, leave family out of it.

I'm amazed youtube isn't moderated for racism, it's rife.

I do think this thread was borne more of people's feeling that Khan has been over-hyped rather than his skin colour. Add in the presence of his family on TV at his fights and you start resenting the publicity when there are massive question marks. On top they ask PPV fees, and you kind of feel that his brother will be pushed the same way if he is successful. That's nothing personal against the lad, but I can definitely understand some of the resentment, justified or not.
