British Top 30 P4P September 2008

The putting (Irish) beside their name does seem a reasonable solution to me.
Sort of like the way Boxing News rates fighters not from Britain in the British rankings but puts the * beside their name.

Anyway to those mocking an Irish p4p list here is one I did out way back in June:

I wouldn't try and claim Jamie Moore, yes he has an Irish mother and is proud of his Irish roots so I've no problem with him fighting for the Irish title.
Infact I'm glad that, that was something he wanted to do, however Jamie is English and it's as simple as that.
Still one of my favourite fighters though.

J, I can't believe you are still battling away on this subject. Some of my first posts years ago were in debate with you regarding the Irish. As long as we have clowns such as "Horse" referring to Irish fighters as British, there will always be Irish posters on here who will object.

Not really. I think most people know the situation and know that Dunne and Duddy are Irish. I was not trying to convince people that they were British.

I had already said I was going to do something about these complaints, so I don't see why even more Irish posters had to get involved with the Irish moaning this month.
