AUDLEY'S FIRST 'DEFENCE'

Given that it's just over two weeks before the fight, it doesn't bode well to the quality of his opponent that he's still currently facing Franny Wazza's favourite foreign import 'TBA'.

Any thoughts on who he'll face?

I reckoned on Valouev (an unbeaten giant, so therefore easy to hype up, and handspeed slower than Richard Whiteley) but as the fight gets closer I presume it'll be somebody even worse -

Zuri Lawrence?
David Bostice?
Terrence Lewis?

Has Peter McNeeley still got a pulse?

It peeves me that they don't settle the opponent until two, three weeks before a fight. It's like they're not only scared of picking a live opponent, they're also scared of giving a journeyman too much notice in case he prepares close to properly.

Hasn't Wayne Llewellyn put his name forward for this one after the McCline showing?

Paolo Vidoz fights Steffen Nielsen on June 5th in Randers, Denmark for the vacant WBA intl belt.

Schröder now talks on a daily basis with Audley Harrison function as the Olympic Champ's matchmaker. Audley is set to defend the title he won over Hersisia on May 8 but The Dutch/Danish heavyweight favourite won't be a part of that show says Schröder! TS

My guess is that it will be an opponent from Africa.

They are the Independent World Boxing Rankings, by the way. The IBO have just adopted them on to their site.

come on mate Aud is an up and comer thats the diff, i actually that its a pretty list of ratings, you could argue til you are blue in the face about specifics but on the whole its not too far off.

who know perhaps in the next 6-8 months Aud will come and spank your mans (Karasniq's) arse for him?

hey, dude, wath e.g. the independent fightnews-ranking. Luan is ranked 15th. This a real good ranking. I know, your Harrison might be the man in heavy. let´s see.

If there would be a fight Krasniqi-Harrison it depends how it is. best would be stuttgart, hamburg or even hannover for me. but anyway it´s long time ago I´ve been to Londontown. Would be nice. How much costs a pint of beer?

Depends where you drink mate. In town 2.5-3 quid dependent.
Some places do happy hours but I tend to avoud em as its full of young twatty suits with attitude, good few bars bout I know though..

I got back from a Rugby tour in Ireland a few weeks back, a pint of Guinness in Dublin costs 4euros and a pint of lager costs 4euros40. The Guinness in Ireland is out of this World tho, really nice.
