Khan to fight 6 December

Post by Mimmy »

Khan to fight 6 December, according to CEEFAX today, also it looks like Brendis has signed to fight on SN bills.

anyone know any more info of who Khan might face, do we think he will fight a British boxer or go overseas again?

This is the reason I say Khan will be retired within 12months or 5 fights.

Ronnie Corbett. Short, no punch, past it. Perfect Khan fight on the way up, let alone on the comeback.

Inactive, non puncher. Although his last fight weighed 149!

I am just showing that because you are star amateur means nothing if in the pro you have no chin.

There were high hopes for Bennett until he was shown to be chinny- a bit lke Amir Khan!

What about Smoke Gainer? Wasn't he the original choice for the last fight? Let's face it he's ideal, inactive for over 12 months, had his best days at featherweight and wasn't even a big punching featherweight, ex world champion etc. Then we can listen to the awesome comments that commentators come up with to try and justify the fight. I read another comment somewhere saying that with it being on the same night as de la hoya v pac they may put it on ppv with the khan bill being the UK leg. This makes perfect sense and i wouldnt be surprised if that was the case, because let's face it there's no way in hell they could put Khan on headlining a PPV now.
