What do the "stars" denote

Post by jomothepure »

Fights in the schedule now have a star 'rating' out of 5. Is this something to do with the competativeness of the fight, linked to the rating of each of the two boxers?

But how do you decide how many stars a fight should have?

Alexander Alexeev against Rob Calloway gets 4 stars.

Vitali Klitschko against Samuel Peter gets 3 stars.

How can a fight between a prospect and a journeyman get more stars than a world title fight?

Its based on rating points.

Vitali's rating is pretty shot as he's been inactive for quite some time.
