Active vs. Incomplete

In the recent past, it seems as though a fighter's status has moved from Incomplete to Active when that fighter has a scheduled fight. Is that still the case? If so, I would point out that at least Lamar Murphy and Felix Trinidad should be active and are currently listed as Incomplete.

No, a fighter is only active if he has fought within 365 days, scheduled bouts do not (should not) make a fighter active.
