By the way Jewey Smith also fought the 2 best fighters of their days, Joe Jeannette and Sam McVey.

While you're at it, Silkie-boy, please tell us how the tallness of South African Jewey Smith standing in height compares to both the arithmetic and geometric mean of the tallness of Joe Jeannette and Sam McVey in height, both of whom South African Jewey Smith fought. To help you out, remember that the arithmetic and geometric means of two tallnesses h1 and h2 in height are given by

AM(h1, h2) = (h1 + h2)/2

and

GM(h1, h2) = square root(h1 * h2)

I know this will require you to supplement your famous measuring tape which use to measure the tallnesses of various fighters in height with a calculator you can use to calculate how tall are the above averages in height, but please do this before we move on for another fighter that kovit is asking you about. Please help me and find out for me.

I think Jewry was over 5 feet 10 but I'm not sure exactly how tall he was Kovit!..........it's hard to find info on fighters of this time and I haven't got any articles on Jewry to fall back on....
