Scrap,
This is doin my head in - football wise.
It's definitely Sexton, right ?
Reason is, he never played for Fulham. He was a QPR / Crystal Palace man.
Can you confirm the year ? I reckon it's around 1967.
I signed on schoolboy forms for a club at that time, and was a ball boy for many a game.
I've got mi scrapbooks out !
Confirm the year and its defo Fulham and I'll ty and get to the bottom of it.

Great shot, Scrap. Any more like these? It is sad to think that Dennie and Dick are now gone. They were great boxing figures. Frankie Taylor is retired from journalism and back in Lancaster and apparently has no interest in boxing any more.

At the time I didnt give 2 F*cks about Footballers. Playing in a team of Boxers at that age was the Dogs Bollocks as far as I was concerned, most were my Heroes. :D

I also had the pleasure to meet Frankie once. What a lovely, unassuming guy. Frankie The Tiger versus Lennie The Lion. Oh man, it doesn't get better than that!

Yeah, no power line was safe. Lennie once had a safe sticking out of his boot (nicked) and persuaded the coppers who pulled him over he was delivering it to a nearby factory. They let him go.

Nice. Team McMillan got Stecca out of Italy, and Colin did the rest by dishing out a right pasting at the Ally Pally for the WBO title. Stecca was 44-1 going in, and a former Olympic champ.
They robbed Colin in the amateurs but in the pros he picked up a Lonsdale Belt for life and a major world title. All things come...

Gotta love that belt.
Scott Welch, what a lovely guy - and a tough man. Broke the ribs of Joe Bugner.
John Carr. The boy from Middlesbrough was seriously underrated.

Scrap, I sent you a PM.
