CLINTON Woods must conquer French-Algerian knockout specialist Rachid Kanfouah if he is to force his way back into world-title contention.

Kanfouah, who has stopped 23 of the 26 opponents he has beaten since turning professional 12 years ago, has been selected by European boxing authorities to contest the contintent's light-heavyweight belt with Sheffield's Woods.

Woods always seemed like a real home body and his relative performances against Johnson and Tarver (who went life and death with each other) prove that.

I'm sure he still has something to offer. Didn't perform that night though. It would be sad for him to go out like that
