Labao-Pucdol Decision Reversed

According to an article found on BS.com, the initial TKO win Rey Labao was credited with on October 3 was changed to a disqualification loss.

GAB official Celso Miranda, who originally instructed referee Ben Necassario to award the fight to Labao, changed his mind after watching slow-motion replays. Necassario, who thought Labao should have been DQed to begin with, was then instructed to declare Darryl Pucdol the winner.

Please also note that the end of the fight came in the 5th not the 4th round.

This fight is currently under investigation......The result will be amended to verify Pucdol as the victor if the GAB Rules Committee confirms this. This is being watched closely and will be changed when confirmed. There is more to the story, so to speak that the writer of the article was unaware of. Thanks for post
