Mick Toomey

I was deeply saddened to find out in todays Boxing News that Mick Toomey has passed away.
I had a few dealings with him and he was a lovely fella, a true boxing man, someone you could ring for advice, which he freely gave with no hidden agenda.
When I boxed on one of his shows in Hull, he had that personal touch, and I felt looked after.
Regards to his family, RIP Mick

Actually my dad send me his after he's read them, but I haven't been at home(Spain) for about a month now, and picked up one today locally in London. I saw it mentioned in Tony Booth's report
