12-03-71. Worth a second look. This is not a duplication. DO NOT DELETE. Shows 10 rounds vs Roger Rouse (quality fighter) and 8 rounds vs Macin Keita. Could have happened. But, I think Keita date may be incorrect. 12-01-71? (just a guess). (Schmidtke did fight 1-21-70-10 rounds and 1-23-70-12 rounds). If everything is OK as recorded, a footnote might be in order to reduce inquieries, in the future, by nudninks like me.

Well spotted $bill! Seemed strange Schmidtke would fight a 10 rounder with von Homburg 2 days before a title match. That bout actually took place in 1970-12-11. The Keita bout was misplaced and should have been 1971-11-20.
