I remember Naz claiming 50 punches in 10 seconds, which is certainly achievable - cause I could beat it (not saying the quality was the same) - but 90? and without fatiging? Can't be the best quality.

The machine is well old... I've seen one of the companies who advertise on boxrec advertise this type of machine ages ago. It could assess fatigue cause you could see how much your work rate has dropped over the course of say 12 x 3's.

Them results are as bad as when Barry Mcguigan said Joe landed over 1000 punches against lacy thats 80 odd a round. Maybe it was over 3 minutes.

Categorically no one not even roy jones in his prime can throw 527 SLAPS in 1 minute which equates to around 9 punches a second. Ridiculous.

Corrected, Joe isn't nearly as quick as prime Roy, this is pure stamina/speed training, that will encourage him to throw those low quality shots he has a habit of throwing.

Its funny the bag says Counter Punch on it, because Joe will eat allot of those.
