Is anyone familiar with this publication?I don't know if it is still put out, but in the early 80's a man named Mark Chapman was in charge of it.I am interested in the career of Jose Pagan, and this publication wrote about him.
Ok this is an old topic brought back to life......anyone even heard of this publication? I know it existed once upon a time...but perhaps only briefly.
