Fehintola vs Couch.

Post by stujones »

Nice to see Fight Academy return to the UK (well actually Jersey!) - its feels like it has been a while since they have promoted a show solely. Any ideas what TV deal they have now.... now that Sport Network/allegedly/whatever they are called have left Setanta - is Hobson back with them?

Fights on the 25th October (Saturday).

I hope Dennis hasn't had enough and continues with his stable.
He lives in Jersey so a show on his doorstep ain't a bad thing.
I'm not sure how he's reacted to Clinton moving to Glyn Rhodes to train.
I hope there's no fall out because they were really close.
Maybe Scrap has more info ?

Clinton still trains at Dennis' gym once a week, so obviously no fall out

Good luck to Couch. He has walked a very tough path on a few occasions and come through each time. Again he's not holding any aces in this one, but I'd love to see his bottle rewarded with that title around his waist.

Britishboxing.net's schedule has Ryan Barrett as the challenger, not Couch.

Good luck to Barrett, but I have to say Ryan has been handed out title shots like confetti.

From the BBN report it would appear that Femi had his clock cleaned - a genuine knockout from the sound of it.

Surprising and a shame for the lad - he will have to rebuild after this upset.

Still, well done to Barrett! Great result for him.
