Well done, nice pictures.

Now that you have met all those boxers, perhaps you could make a better effort of clenching your fist. :D

I actually thought a slimmer version of Barry from Eastenders.

There is a bit of the Jack Nicholson about him, mad as a hatter for a start.
He even did the "shining" bit while at Boxing Monthly, smashing though doors with a "HERE'S JOHNNY!!!" after he was fired.

Bennie can probably tell you a bit more about that :D :D

Real Deal - I don't mean to be offensive, but I take it you have never boxed?

You hold your fist in a seriously limp way.....surely you've at least watched enough boxing to know what a real fist looks like???? Compare it to the real fighters in the photos.

Sorry, it has just been bugging me!

It's taken me a while to remember what Steve Holdsworth reminds me of. He looks like the Hobgoblin from the Spiderman cartoon.

Just out of interest, who takes the photos?

He was stitched up by the co-owner of Boxing Monthly at the time Barry Hugman (he of the thorough but throughly boring British Boxing Yearbooks) and said his piece. Hugman shit himself. It was a sad day.
He who laughs last...
