poor mads larsen

Post by Spreadking »

I just caught the Ottke-Larsen match and to say the final verdict was unjust would be to kind.

I scored the fight 119-109 for Larsen. Am I crazy or something. I gave Ottke the 8th round. I could see a 117-111 for Larsen at the most.

Please let me know I am not crazy if you agree or disagree.

Larsen landed a huge number of punches, good left hands and good jabs.

Easily Ottke's biggest rip-off. It wasn't even close. The result just got swept under the rug as well and was never heard off again. Sven retires undefeated? Not in my eyes.

At least Ottke didn’t duck Larsen like Chick N. Calzone did. :TU:

Ottke has no reason to duck anyone as he knows he will get the decision.

Yeah true Matchfixer, Ottke was also safe in the knowledge that were he to get KTFO then his opponent would automatically be disqualified for being too aggressive.

it was indeed an appalling robbery. i did have it 117-111. What was surprising was that many others on this site thought it was close.
