Pocket as much as I like Bradly Pryce - I cannot believe he is so near a world title shot - with regards to this Whittaker bloke - never heard of him - there goes another glaring hole in my boxing knowledge!!!

I think the argument is that if Bradley is not ready now he will never be ready...and I have seen worse fighters than Pryce get shots(Gary Lockett!!) That win over Duran has really propelled him up!!

As for Charles, he won last night, 2nd round TKO!! I hear rumours of December 6th if they can come to a deal...Would make a cracking fight on a cracking bill!!!

Whittaker is definatly improved, but Bradley should have to much for him on home ground.
Good to see someone like Whittaker get some press space though, he's not had it easy in his career , he's one of those guys that could just make it with the right fight at the right time.
But i feel that Bradley's all round game would be to much for him, just.

It's been a very long road and we have learned from our mistakes but we never gave up.

Well from what i have been informed the fight will not take place...the offer appears unsatisfactory to the Whittaker camp although Charles wants the fight!!

I hope this is a temporary blip....

Really? He ought to take it unless it's REALLY shocking.

IMO opinion Ian, I agree!! If, as the rumours say, it could be done as an elliminator then go for it!! However we havn't seen the proposal...but you know here I come from...short term pain for long term gain.....

It was offered to us as a common wealth title fight and they only offered us 2 airfares for a fighter who is world ranked, so you can get an idea to what the purse was
