Curious about the result of Tiger Flowers-Jim Flynn

Im curious as to why the result of the Tiger Flowers-Jim Flynn fight is listed as a KO for Flowers. Flowers won all of the first five rounds but broke his hand in the second. After the fifth he could not continue, the lights in the arena were turned off and the fight was called. Sounds like a TKO for Flynn to me.
