Did anyone see it? He was having a friendly spar with Joe Pasquale. Check it on channel 4+1 if you missed it.

Lol didn't see it but I saw Pasquale talking about how he's likes a bit of boxing and had a fight in a mexican prison with the prison champ whilst filming something. He said he took a bit of a beating lol.

Yeah Joe is on a new program, Pasquale is in jail in Costa Rica, its on Virgin Thursday at 9pm called 'Prisoner X'. actually looks good.

"It was an eye-opening experience," says Joe. "I've never been in prison, and this was a Third World prison where there was no security and no CCTV – just 700 prisoners, of which 600 had knives.

"People were getting stabbed left, right, and centre," he continues. "I met a man from Leeds who had been in for 18 months and been stabbed four times in eight months. Then I had a boxing match with another prisoner – it was like being in a post-apocalyptic world."

Herbie caught Pasquale with a sweet uppercut. A couple more fights to sharpen up and he could be ready to take on Davro or Barrymore.

Yeh but Somerville hasn't given that much weight away since he went 6 x 2's with Moyet.

I've heard Jimmy Corkhill or Freddy Boswell are being lined up for Barrymore so that rules him out.

They're struggling to match Winton too as he's mistakenly been put in the African section of the WBC ratings and they can't find anyone his weight.

Allegedly, he's pencilled in for a WCC eliminator against the dangerous Harriott.

Yeah Graham Norton may be a better match. Yes he too has taken many a battering, but he keeps on coming back for more. Very tough around the ring.

Dickinson is a bugger in the purse bids though.
