And possibly the new MAF Antonio Tarver..

Nearly forgot - Shitman is in there as well!

Still the same after all these years!

Although Froch is sort of ok now.

Herbie Hide. The way he bottled out of the fight with Danny Williams after all his talk, was pathetic. Incidentally, he's due in court again today (May 20) for driving two cars without insurance. I say, again; he's failed to turn up for previous dates concerning this case and, whether he shows up or not this time, the magistrates are going to ban him.

Froch is ok, midly irritating, I do get the impression that he really overrates his abilities. He seems to disregard the fact that Adamu gave him fits in the first half of the fight.

Carl "the student" Froch (given his dress sense) seems likeable if just a bit too cocky.

I dislike few fighters - anyone prepared to go into a ring with another man immediately gets my respect, but I can't stand Alan Minter.

Froch's trainer Robert McCracken said everything and nothing in a recent self-indulgent press release. I wanted to hear him say he'd addressed Froch's defence. Instead, we got this crap:

I think the problem is that Carl Froch is going to refuse point blank to keep his left up, he's always said that as that was 'his style' there was no way he was going to change

Unlike Haye, Froch isn't much of a mover in there, and I don't think his reflexes are good enough to simply slip everything thrown at him. If they cannot get him to bring that left up, then no amount of power or punching technique is going to get him to a world title, there are too many slick operators in the super middleweights, even without Calzaghe and Ottke around, there are still plenty of quality super middleweights with enough savvy and power to catch Froch repeatedly.

If Adamu can make contact that often, imagine what Danny Green would do.

i remember toney mouthing off at benn and eubank on a tv show years ago, memorys a bit vague but i think he was a bit out of order, i think he insulted eubanks ma`or something so i`ve never really took to him.

Calzaghe probably just edges it for being a WBO champ since 1997 and still waiting for that defining fight.

Fair enough 7 years later he's getting it but how many times have we had to listen to him and Warren go on about trying to get a mega fight?

but if calazaghe beats Johnson and takes on tarver or jones he wont have underacheived? Big ifs but would you still stand by that statement then?
i agree so far he has been very frustrating.
