I'm an admin on another forum not related to boxing. Boxrec can easily keep the "British Boxing" forum viewable in the forums list. When you click the "British Boxing" forum it then should ask you to sign in to see the forum. People will know it's there but would have to login to see the threads.

That would be a lot better than it is now.

Whoever emerges victorious is in the top 5 of the British 30 p4p greats list he does every month.

reason why every poster or viewer has to be logged on - with that comes an IP address and as such these can be traced.
Thing is though. If someone wanted to post real dirt on someone like allegedly. They could simply use a proxy server to connect to the forum. That way, your IP can't be traced. So making the user have to login. Is pointless anyway.

Where does it say that?! One person implied it was his fault and I made a comment about him being back when he said he wouldn't be.

Hardly a witch hunt and he's taken it in good humour.......

He may be under the bed, go check....

Why can't we just have the forum showing but no threads visible?

I've seen that on loads of other forums

If its the case and thats if because i don't know . Why not show some balls and tell them to FACKOFF, why allow yourself to be bullied , theres not much been said wrong that i can see , . Its all just puff and bluff , sue me if they want all i can go for it . Never seems to amaze me the way people with a laywer behind them think its so easy too sue people , fact is its not easy you have too prove shit and thats not always easy .

So let them go for it , you can always counter sue , and we know for a fact that certain people are so up themselves they have been known to get a hiding in court , and pull out off court cases on the doorstep so too speak. so they never learn they just always want to huff , puff and bully. tell them to GET ------.

Maybee it would maybee it would'nt, depends what i was being sued for but defimation , 1 i don't do it , its not in my nature,
and 2 if the threat was being thrown my way , well fack em , i don't threaten anyone for any reason and has far has i'm concerned if you want to threaten people be prepared too back it up.In this case i don't know if its threat off a lawsuit

Course there are lots off different types . same has dogs, under threat, some growl back and stand up and fight,
then theres those that roll on there back and want there tummy tickled
which type are you , i know myself with my Erudite manner i would growl back.

Well, I don't want to sound big headed at all, but I am a little surprised that at least I wasn't (as a moderator) informed of any such changes.
