Fights that catch the eye.

Now and again certain fighters are matched up to fight each other in which on paper should be a great fight. These do not always have to be for a title they can be 2 fighters with the same determination and ability no matter what stage of their career.

One of the best fights I have ever seen (you may laugh but I stand by my word) was the fight between Rob Burton and David Keir on the 5th May 2003 at Barnsley. This was a small hall untelevised show and wow!!! what a scrap.

Anyhow my point is that a few near fights have caught my eye and I think are ones to see if you can. (IMO)

True it was a disappointment, but on paper should have been a good fight.

It also showed that either lad struggled to do 6 rounds.

Ali always seems to start well but just can't keep it together after the first round or so. No surprise to see him lose his unbeaten record last night.

Wasnt ali meant to lose his debut but the ref took the benfit of the doubt and awarded him the match?

Yes it was a bad decision his first fight, I think he will be getting a one way ticket to Pakistan now, probably go back to amateur.
