Boxrec forum Cliches

Post by Khaosai-Galaxy »

I'm getting fed up of hearing the same old posts every time Ricky Hatton is mentioned:

"I think this shows what many on the Boxrec forum are all about, "im getting tired of Ricky Hatton, he ducked Junior Witter, he's no man of the people, He's about as much a 'man of the people' as that Little Lord Fauntleroy "I wouldn't be the sort of person i am if i didn't have a pop at Hatton on boxing forums".*

Blah blah effing blah.

It's becoming boring.

*cheers for that, by the way Deadpan ;-)

I should probably link to the post i am referring to

I think you ought to look at your last 50 posts or so, Khaosai.
You've become very bitter and twisted, in comparison to the Galaxy who was full of wit and irony.
What's up mate, not gettin enough ?
Chill mate, as you often say it's only a f**kin forum, and we members are not blessed with much of an IQ beyond a pork pie !

Inconsequential of whether I agree, or disagree with people's thoughts about a boxer, they should still be able to express them constructively. That's the point of a forum, no?!

However, personal attacks on posters and/or boxers will not be tolerated. :shame:

I always thought Little Lord Fauntleroy was a man of the people. Rick Shroder was, at least in an American way.

"If you like to watch competitive 50/50 fights instead of sideshows involving old men & retreaded corpses with glitzy names you are scum, know nothing, don't get laid & by the way, did I ever tell you about the time I visited a sacred site & pissed people off/interrupted a public act of fellatio & pissed people off/did drugs, & failed to piss people off/pissed people off?

"I don't know why I come on here when it's so boring -- yet I can't seem to stay away!"

PS: I actually like reading KG's stuff, but it's a bit like listening to the Ramones; after three minutes you think "Feck, this is fantastic" & after five minutes, you want to switch it off.

Except for the bits about it ever being fantastic, or lasting as long as five minutes, surely?

Pat Sharp and the twins turned up to DJ at one of the clubs in the alps last season. He was shit. They were old and minging.

One scouse chalet girl voiced her dissaproval by pissing on a slice of lemon out of her drink, and launching it at his head - mid set :o

Still, super mullet :DD
