Great idea
Keep em coming - really good way to showcase up and comers in off TV fights.
Nice to get a look at Larry Olubamiwo - he is a big un!
Would be good to see other promoters take this route - most just put up interviews at the moment but real fights are what will generate the hits..

I've subscribed. I've been enjoying allegedly's videos for ages now so it's great to see another promoter take advantage of YouTube.

There's a previous one with a longer interview with both fighter before the event: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kuaKEbg5EZg

I've have always maintained that I cannot understand why promoters who often go through the expsense of recording non TV shows/fights do not attempt to sell them. Many have all the expense needed, the recording of the shows and a website to advertise - selling them at a £5 a disc would represent great value (plus a profit), and personally I'd rather that than just viewing on a Youtube format.

Maloney best video was when Eugene Maloney was selling the PPV between Earl and Bennet. It was a classic i even bought it cause of that video.

It's very cheap to record semi-professional video now. Selling the videos would defeat the purpose, which is marketing.stujones wrote:I've have always maintained that I cannot understand why promoters who often go through the expsense of recording non TV shows/fights do not attempt to sell them. Marketing what? The fighter? How could selling a video defeat the purpose - many guys will not travel/pay for tickets to watch a fighter they have never heard off or seen. Selling the videos would get the fighter known.Asterix wrote:It's very cheap to record semi-professional video now.
