Depression after boxing

Has anyone felt depressed after there careers over? Missed going to the gym or the competitions?

Not depressed, life is much easier, but a bit boring I constantly am looking for other adrenolin rushes, usually with women!!!

I'm 34 and depressed and looking to train, maybe we could go on Jeremy Kyle together?

I'm 35, in great shape, can smash holes in very heavy bags but I cannot box amateur for some stupid reason nobody has every adequately explained properly

I believe that Frank Bruno had a lot of difficulties with adjusting to life post-retirement, especially with the personal issues he had at the time.

Most Boxer's only know Boxing have done it from such a long time , getting up early going running, going down the gym ect.
So when it comes to packing it in thats why i think they miss it so much...
