Ratings - Suggestion

Post by Wales »

Im not sure of anyones view on this.....

Can you put Michael Gomez into the british super feather rankings, I notice he is at the top of the irish ones, I say at the top he is the only one on the list. The guy is based on the mainland and to my knowledge has been for years, he also fights on the mainland, trains on the mainland lives on the mainland and has one of the worst irish accents I've ever heard (toss up between him and mick mcarthy i think!!).

Anyhow just a thought.

I'll second that, it's decent point. I think that if a fighter qualifies to fight for the British title he should be in the rankings.

For some reason, kevin McIntyre is listed in the Lightweights, and he is a Welter.

Agree, I generally quite like BM's ratings, although for my money they include far to many boxers who are based here - where do you draw the line (i.e. should Ramanov count, after all most of his meaningful fights have been here).

Thats a factor I consider when doing the rankings for BB.net (the ones up here). So if I have placed a fighter who is not elligable please let me know.
