Help me find my grandfather's information - Homer Kirk, WWII

My grandfather was Homer Kirk (birthplace Kansas, fought out of California). His early welterweight record in California is posted on BOXREC, but I know he fought for the US Army after he enlisted in 1943 for WWII. Can anyone tell me how to find those records or where to write, call, etc. to get his military boxing information?
