The live atmosphere for a big fight is unparalelled to any other sport, or event.

Espically in Vegas, the way the announcer got all the celebs to stand up one by one before the ODLH vs. PBF was amazing. The ovation each and every one got was brilliant but the way the crowd went wild for Magic Johnson was the best in my opinion. Also the way the crowd booed Russell Crowe at Hatton vs. Kostya was brilliant.

I wonder why clebs don't go to more boxing here? If the same was done here we'd have got for the Haye fight - Max from Eastenders, Gus formerly of Eastenders now unemployed and former World heavyweight challenger Scott Welsh. Doesn't add up to Beckham, Cruise, Nickelson, Maguire, De Caprio and a who's who of current and former sports people.

Best thing about boxing? Good, competitive blue collar fights. Fighters thare are fierce competitors. And promoters/managers that are willing to risk their fighters against good opponents.

The purity of it.
The simplicity of it.
The humanity of it.
The beauty of it.
The ugliness.
The craft.
The people.
The atmosphere.
There is no going back.
Cheats don't prosper.
The honour.
The opportunity.
The anarchy it overcomes.
The triumph.
The disaster.
The underdog.
The bell.
The noise.
The timelessness.
The history.
The tears.
The blood.
The meaning.
The pain.
The hope.
The pride.
The heart.
The guts.
The glory.

The powerhouse clashes when two of the best lock horns, e,g Joe v Kessler, Vasquez v Marquz, Cotto v Margarito( although williams might have something to ay about that)

The true 50/50 domestic clashes beteen two good pros like Hobson v Enzo 1

I love it when a slick southpaw goes to town on a dopey orthodox boxer and just totally outboxes him( too many eamples to list....)

I love the hype in the build up to the fight.

TRY-HARD!

If you love all of that, you should be down your local club three times a week.

And the politics is better than all of that!
