KINGPIN TO HAYE: PROVE YOURSELF

Post by Neri »

I hope Johnson fights as good as he talks.

Dear David,

Before you start calling out the Klitschko's, why don't you prove yourself you little bitch. We know at this point you won't fight me, you made that clear when you punked out of our last fight and decided to fight Monte instead. I'm asking you for a favor, since you weren't man enough to fight me, then at least be man enough and tell the world the truth about what happened with our fight and that you pulled out because you are a scared bitch. Dude you beat Monte Barrett, dude is washed up and can't punch, and still almost knocked you out. You think he is someone because he beat that joke Tye Fields in his last fight? You beat one heavyweight and looked like shit doing it and now want to call out the Klitschko's? I mean if I were you, a blown up cruiserweight, with no chin, I'd probably do the same thing, so technically I can't blame you. You tasted Barrett's weak ass power, realized that if you face a real heavyweight, like me, you will get knocked out cold, so call out the Klitschko's and make people believe you can beat them. You know you are going to get knocked out by them anyways so in your mind at least make a little bit of money before the truth comes out about you that you are a joke. Smart! But listen, I am a forgiving person, I will give you a chance to prove yourself by fighting me. You have any balls you will accept my challenge. If not, no worries everyone over here in the U.S. already thinks you are a bitch. I am going to be heavyweight champion of the world either way.

Before you go out calling people on my hit list check with me first.
Have a good holiday.

All the best,

The Greatest Heavyweight in the World

Has one good punch, a jab. And uses it waaaaaaaaaay to much to be above contender level.

I'd feel better if David had another tune-up. Especially as both Klit's have another fight yet before the summer..

Wasn't Kingpin one of the droves of fighters who wanted a small fortune to take on Haye.

Haye responds (or would do if he cared):

Dear Kevin;

Sorry, who are you again? I asked Adam the same question before you pulled out of our previous fight and even he had to look you up on the internet. Turns out (and I apologise if I'm the one to break this to you) that you're a boring no mark wannabe who couldn't draw the curtains, let alone a TV figure outside your own family and hey, if everyone in the US thinks I'm a bitch at least they do think of me! Indeed, I had more Klitschko's ringside for my last fight that you had paying fans at yours.

So you weren't impressed with Monte Barrett? Wierd that, given he'd annihalate everybody on your pathetic little resume; I mean, seriously - Germaine Greer? Bruce Wills? I know its tough when you're too fat to do more than paw out a few jabs and run away when anything comes back, but be real "dude"; my Gran would get more knock outs that you against that cast of losers. I suppose Bruce Seldon has name value - well, he did have when most of your dialogue was current.

Look on the bright side though - you still have a chance to be a world champion too. After all, I hear the UBF title is vacant and if that fails you could always start your own sanctioning body. Or you could put a bit of the effort you poured into this crap into losing the excess pounds and drop down to cruiserweight, where any number of my leftovers would be happy to show you a sound beating.

Before you go calling out people on your list, check that they give a toss. Might get embarrassing otherwise.

All the best

On the other hand, shouting loudly is largely what got the Klitschko's attention in the first place for Haye, you gotta to forgive a cat for trying the same model.

If Kevin Johnson has a jab he uses a lot, he'll be a fkking rarity in the heavyweight division.

IMO the best jab in the division. This is a crap example, but he typically leaves his left hand very low and brings it up through the movement. He's become so reliant on it, though, that a lot of his arsenal has disappeared/suffered.

For Johnson to accuse Haye of not proving himself is like the pot calling the kettle black. Kingpin has beaten off suspect opposition with a world class jab and nothing else for so long now he has become a parody of himself. He's another one who talks the talk but has yet to walk the walk.

My reply from Haye would be: "Prove YOURSELF worthy, Kingpin" :shame:

Thinking about this, splattering Johnson or Arreola would at least get the clamour tumultuous before the big football stadium type affair with one of the Dragos, er sorry, Klitschkos.

Isn't Johnson quite tall as well...?

Do the Septics not rate Arreola, then? Oh, sorry my bad.

The clamour thing I was referring to was actually getting everyone over here worked up. Hence me asking if Johnson was quite tall (I know Arreola's gotta be an inch taller than Haye), because I think it'd be good for the public to see David mowing down another lanky lump before getting in with Klit 1 or 2.

Both Johnson and Arreola are no bigger than Haye - height-wise, at least. Johnson is 6'3 and Arreola is also
6'3. If we're talking width, then it's another story altogether! Johnson is wide and Arreola is fat.

If it's lanky lumps you're looking for, it would probably be more beneficial mowing down someone like Kali Meehan, Alex Dimitrenko or Vladimir Virchis.

Haye Johnson would be a good fight on a Klitschko under card if it could be made. Would be another HW and good experaince, looking at that video the low left looks like it'd cause Johnson trouble because he doesn't have a good sence of distance and haye has power.

Not sure if anyone is interested in this (I sat through a few seconds of it): Johnson beats old man Bruce Seldon a couple of months ago. I intended to watch it because someone did mention that Johnson was hurt at one point by the 41-year-old Seldon, but I just couldn't be bothered to check, in the end, such is my disinterest in overrated American heavies.

Didn't watch the whole Kingpin-Seldon link but if you click through to about 4:40 of the video you can see Seldon stun and open up on him....

I remember when Johnson fought Damian Wills, he went on the Boxing Tribune radio show (which was excellent by the way) and waxed lyrical about how he was going to issue a beating and that Wills' corner would be waving the white flag by the fourth round etc, etc.

And in the end it was another dire, jab and grab affair that went the 10 rounds, with Johnson going on about how he shut him out on the scorecards, which was scant consolation.
