Its basically like a very large oepn space, and it feels like a large open space! They put temporary raised seats round the edge, and flat floor ground seats. I had a flat floor ground seat last time, for £50, and found my view was often blocked- even during all the undercard- by people walking past and hanging round the barrier that seperates the flat floor from ringside.funso banjo baby wrote:i heard the excel is one of the worst boxing venues...any thoughts ...30 quid tier seats?
There were lots of security, but no stewards, so people were basically sitting anywhere, kind of annoying really because I like to sit in the seat I have paid for.
There was a series of letters in Boxing News earlier this year about it.
I'm not a fan of flat floor seating full stop, truth be told.
Raised seats for £30 are the best bet.
