Cant wait to read it Kevin so decided to buy it right away, except the payment options are in dollars and "For non-US currency, payment options are limited to Visa and MasterCard" neither of which I have!

Had a quick check on Amazon but they dont seem to have it at all

Wont a Switchcard or a cheque do?

Whats the story!??
