Yes I saw that one aswell, Barnes was lucky to get the nod then.

Brice Faradji was his name and Junior Witter fought him and blasted him out in one round.

Hare is lethal with the short hook, the one that got Bergman going. He throws the best short hook in British boxing.

Am i the only one who gives Barnes a shot here? I fancy him to do a job on Hare, i feel that the Rivera loss may have taken a bit out of Hare and Barnes is young and fresh and has skills. He could take advantage.

I can assure you I am not Jim McDonnell the former boxer and now trainer, nor a long-dead Aeronautics engineer, I do however write about, and less often get paid for, writing about boxing, amongst other things.

I still don't understand adje's comments though, however I fear I never will, or would lose my sanity trying....

I'm sure a famous philosopher once made a quote about the perils of trying to understand the insane. As for your name and the confusion it brings, for once i'm glad my name is relatively uncommon. I mean how many people have you heard of called Siegfried Androy.

I have a $eif update if anyone is interested. He can be found posting at boxing101.com, under the user name $aif. So if anyone misses the little guy, they know where to go.

The fact that he mispelled his name on one of the sites just confirms what everyone's said. I must confess, i have a little soft spot for the kid, he may have been a troll, but damn it, he was our troll.
