Yes, someone finally got it.

Honeyghan v Curry was it, actually one of the very first fights ever broadcast by showtime, and a massive kick in the bollocks for them as curry was probably their biggest star at the time...

Sad for Curry. After he sparked McCrory he had ambitions for 154lb dominance, only to get upset by Honeyghan. Then when he finally does move up to 154 he gets iced in chilling fashion by The Bodysnatcher.

He reminded me of Trinidad the way he stood poised in front of his opponent. Also the way he held his guard up at his chin, and loaded up with his right foot. He was like Trinidad on WD40 - much slicker - though I'd say Tito's ability, for all its crude and awkward appearance, was/is more effective.

By the way, are the two Starling fights any good? Does anyone remember them?

First one was a stinker; second one, Curry fought beautiful throughout and nearly stopped Starling in the 15th and final round. Heartily recommend it.
