A little of topic, but did anyone see the Pat Sheehan article in the Sun today.

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sp ... 036797.ece

Pat seems to think Haye avenged his defeat to Carl Thompson. I kniow it's not a big deal, but it makes me cringe when these types of f**k up's happen and it always seems to happen with boxing articles. Maybe I just notice it more though.

Is Pat Sheehan actually a boxing fan, or is he just a hack who's been giving the job of reporting about boxing for the Sun?

And he claimed Wlad defended his WBA belt on Sat!! Where do the sun find these writers. Either find yourself a fan to write about boxing or leave it alone.

Which I doubt he is, he looked huge last time he was seen in public, well over 300 lbs. Lennox apparently keeps in reasonable shape, but I doubt sparring will be on the agenda.

I can't see Lennox leaving Miami to go to Northern Cyprus to help Haye, sounds like something said just to piss off the Klitschkos.

Haye has spent many weeks/months in Miami preparing for fights before.
He spent a large part of his Macca and Mormeck camps in Miami.

It quoted Haye in Metro this morning as saying that he had a 6month build up to the fight - and would be willing to go to America to work with Lewis, if required.

There's supposedly an in-depth interview with Haye in this link, but I can't access it as I'm at work

well it looks like both the klitschos have fights organised for the end of march & may, according to fight news...

so where does this leave a june fight with haye? looks dead in the water to me..

what about if haye goes after valuev? takes the only world title the klits don't have and then haye goes after vitali in october?

I still feel the Klitschko fight will happen, just later on in the year. This is a good thing for David, who will be able to get in a warm-up for Vitali by fighting someone similarly built to him, thus giving himself a better chance when fighting that big effing beast.

Any date for this?

Travelodge were doing a promotion, hotel rooms from £9, including London- but they are gone now. For a few hours before the promo officially started there were loads of rooms at £9 that could even be cancelled- had I thought ahead I could have booked up the whole month and just cancelled the ones I didn't need!
