Kamel Kolonivic vs. Jerome Elder

Can somebody clarify this fight? The date of the fight was April 3, 2004 in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Jerome Elder is correct but the opponent was not Kamel Kolonivic. I have a copy of the tape, but I cannot make out the name. I know for sure that it's not Kamel Kolonivic.

U are correct; it was not Kolonivic, The fighter’s name is Darren Fallen.
I have updated the fight card from the NJ commission report.
