I saw Bomber on This is your life not so long ago an he mentioned that Sparring was part of his training and he broke this guys nose once, so its a good call.
If not him, I'll go for El Ban Dito (Welsh wrestler), I know he dappled with boxing and he had a beard.

Saw some pictures of him, he looked fornicating rough.
Mr T seems to be in the peak of health though, he 'whupped cancers butt' according to him. If I was cancer, I think I'd be scared of Mr T.
