Sweet Science/Koori Radio hosted a Jack Johnson centenary ceremony at 11.07 am on the original site in Rushcutters bay on Boxing Day.
Alan Moore, president of the ANBF flew down from Brisbane to be the Keynote speaker and of the small but enthusiastic crowd it was amazing how many people in attendance had a Jack Johnson/Hugh Mcintosh/Sydney Stadium story to tell.

There's a great radio documentary that the BBC broadcast on Boxing Day called 'The Galveston Giant'. It's about Jack Johnson and covers the Burns v Johnson amongst other highlights of Johnson's career.
